Systems

PPI has extensive experience in performing site-based and tightly scheduled overhaul, maintenance and refurbishment projects.
As a result of this experience, we have a highly developed third party certified Integrated Management Systems specifically tailored to effective control of such projects.

PPI’s integrated management system has been developed to meet the requirements of:

• AS/NZS 4801:2001 Occupational Health & Safety Management System
• ISO 14001:2015 Environmental Management System
• ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System

For the following scope
“The engineering project management services typically to the power generation and mining industries in the installation, commissioning, upgrade and overhaul of heavy industrial plant and equipment. The scope of certification also includes
design facilitation of modification associated with plant upgrades”. Copies of our certificates can be downloaded here.

Our Safety Systems have been developed based on the requirements for high-risk construction work, and have been modified as required to meet the current requirements of national Work Health and Safety legislation.

Our Quality Assurance system is based on Inspection and Test Plans developed for the specific scope of work. Our management systems for site work include the capability to rapidly adapt and add to the ITPs as contingent work arises during maintenance outages.

Our Environmental Management Plans for site based projects take a risk-based approach to assessing possible environmental impacts, and mitigating identified risks within the context of the site owner’s overall environmental management system.

Our approach to Project Management starts well before each project commences at site, by meeting with the client and ensuring that our work methods, requirements for materials, subcontracted services and other resources are in place as and when required.
