Our safety policies and procedures were developed  to meet the current requirements of national Work Health and Safety legislation and AS/NZS 4801:2001 Occupational Health & Safety Management System, and form part of our Integrated Management System. All components of the Integrated Management System meet the requirements of the relevant standards.

The focus of our HSE System is on ensuring that workers involved in potentially hazardous activities:

• understand the risks present in activities relating to construction and maintenance
• know how to eliminate or minimise these risks using sound procedures based on extensive experience

Our HSE Program ensures that our policies and procedures are implemented effectively, and the HSE System and its performance are appropriately monitored and reviewed. Regular internal and external auditing programs are used to monitor compliance and conformance, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

Site Safety Plans are developed, and are regularly reviewed to ensure they remain appropriate to the size and complexity of each project. These provide a reliable safety framework for our employees and service providers  to work within, and facilitate the consistent safe and timely completion of works.
