Following previous success with securing the contract to upgrade Eraring Energy`s 4 X 660MW turbo-generators, Doosan PPI Projects Australia (DPPA) has won a contract for the design, supply and installation of boiler upgrades to provide increase steaming rate to match the upgraded turbines. Design Work has commenced immediately on receipt of order, with a tight program of works to deliver the design to meet the March 2010 first upgrade schedule.
